Took our truck there after the upper A arm broke. Truck sat outside for 3 1/2 months in the hot elements during the summer waiting for parts to be re-engineered. The service updates were terrible. Everything seemed to fall on deaf ears. Being that the parts were an issue to obtain, (GM's fault,) you would think they would offer some kind of loaner car. Awesome service, thought the car had a major issue but was still diagnosed and fixed within a day of it happening. Issue happened Tuesday, made an appointment that night, dropped car off on Wednesday and had my car back Thursday.
Our sales rep Anthony was amazing. Great personality, great product knowledge. He found me something better than what I originally wanted and stayed close to the budget. He paid attention to the whole family, even the 4 year old during the sale. Great guy!!

Beware of this dealership service Dept. There was damage to my Cadillac Escalade after being in their possession for a week. Delearship failed to assume responsibility rather provided me with photos of a different vehicle with a different ID. Management refuses to accept responsibility. My vehicle was driven without my consent for over 100 miles. Documents given upon delivery state technician drove my car 35 miles. Service advisor had requested my permission to drive my vehicle home “to get it to act up” advisor denied any permission. This shop violates the trust consumers provide with their vehicles.

For ABOUT 40 YEARS I have been a ford owner. I liked the Trax and decided I would check into it. Went to Mark Cristopher and was greeted with Richard. He showed us a few options and after settling on the finances we bought. The sales and finance employees were all very nice, low pressure. I would most likely buy from there again.

Thorough check on my warranty claim. Juan kept me updated with my car and the EV technician performed every diagnostic for the drive motor sound. Although the sound was not resolved, the advice suggested that the car is safe to drive gave me reassurance

Our Yukon Denali has been at this dealership for approximately two weeks awaiting a differential repair. We’ve been told they are still waiting for extended warranty approval, and we still don’t have confirmation about reimbursement for our rental expenses.
Meanwhile, we remain without our vehicle, rental costs continue to add up, and we have no clear timeline for resolution. I understand that the warranty company is involved, but I expect clearer communication and more proactive coordination from the dealership.

This survey is not user friendly. My 3rd time in responding to this survey. Overview, took 3-1/2 days to repair car. During this time, picked up car only to return as engine light came on. Consultant, Ivo, assisted in getting GMC to cover engine repair cost, which is very much appreciated.
So unprofessional, no accountability gave information to someone that wasn’t owner of vehicle they open parts with my consent called them out they messaged a person that want on there then took no accountability said they didn’t my sent a message and I have prove .

Chelsea is a great person to work with. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field. It’s been a breeze to get in for service through text or call. She’s personable and poignant. I won’t go anywhere else for our Cadillac service and they have earned me as a lifelong customer for all future sales.
The service people are nice and welcoming. I gave three stars because I could not get a update on my vehicle. I called multiple times and finally talked to a manager. He got me the update I needed. After I got the update, the communication was much better.

Juan has always been great but I was told my car had multiple issues which some were correct but I was told my negative battery cable was bad a ball joint and some bushings.
