I was in need of a car and was able to find a great deal at Mark Christopher’s. Richard was the salesman i worked with he showed me such great customer service and helped me get a great deal and got myself a 2026 chevy equinox.
Got in early on a Saturday for regular maintenance. In and out in 90 minutes
I was greeted promptly by Javier and he was quick to complete the paperwork for the business I was there for so I could be on my way without delay.
Was looking around town for the best deal and of course the excellent customer service from the dealership team. Went in Saturday afternoon and got helped by Thomas Bautista, he did great, very respectful, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Next morning we sent in our expectations via email & we were promised best deal and came out with best deal, no games or gimmicks. Smoothest transaction I've experienced. I appreciate the staff especially Thomas for being great at what he does.

Once it came in, she got me in the very next day: She kept me updated on my vehicle status throughout the day and followed up to make sure things were going well the following day. I will definitely be back to mark Christopher for any maintenance needed on my car. And will request Chelsea when available!

A tire rotation took 5-6 hours, the waiting room had dirty chairs, the worker didn't hold the door for us when it came time to pick up the car, and they sold my information to data brokers after the service.

Have taken my vehicle in 5 times for same issue and still not fully resolved this is very irritating and horrible experience. I should be given better service and results. Management needs to address this concern and maybe management needs to be better evaluated. Customer service is not key here or positive resutls.

My Mechanic purchased 350/57 high preformace chevy motor for my truck.Wont idle stalls on freeway. Paid 8500.00 plus tax.Dealership dose not want to back there warranty.

Walked in. Was not greeted. Waiting for the service advisor I was told I had an appointment with. He decided to call someone about their extended warranty rather than check me in even when I was standing in front of him. Upon pick up, no inspection was covered with me. Just a $100 oil change and tire rotation, pay and have a nice day. Will never return here. Only great part of the service was the porter who brought my truck back. Had a dodger hat on, shook my hand and told me to have a great day.
