Chelsea is reliable and communicative, tech maintenance staff not reliable, new damages after repairs, vehicle back in service for new damages after just a couple of days out from service, issues in the past with customer service by an agent named Oscar. He’s no longer there. Management had contacted us from previous service issues, promised some kind of compensation never heard back, which I’m not looking for a handout I’m looking for reliable service.

Took 3 hours for a $200 oil change with an appointment. I waited at the dealership and they failed to notify me when the car was finished even after I asked. It's almost like they made me wait on purpose.

The cashier staff was rude regarding the release of the vehicle keys and the location of the vehicle. The first staff member did not provide specific information to locate my vehicle and when I followed up with another staff, the other staff spoke to me as if I should have known where my vehicle was located in the parking lot. Both cashiers were not helpful at all in locating my vehicle in the parking lot and were rude.

Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you’re there. No body meets you when you pull up like other GM dealerships. When you walk into the office area several people sitting at computers or their phones. One person helping a customer. Had to wait for the one person helping someone to finish and finally ask me what I’m here for. Everyone else never even looked up. No communication on the status of my truck without me having to reach out and ask.
