He genuinely cared about ensuring that we enjoyed our visit, even going so far as to stay past closing hours to make certain that everything was satisfactory and that we felt comfortable. His dedication to customer service was evident and made a significant difference in our overall experience. However, I did encounter a frustrating situation when I requested a small addition to the vehicle; it was not with Edy but his manager. After spending nearly $100,000 on a SUV, I felt that a simple request for black emblems should not have been met with resistance. The manager provided an unprofessional explanation as to why they couldn't accommodate this request on a "Due Bill," which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Despite this hiccup, the financing process went smoothly, and I truly appreciated Edy's efforts. He made the experience remarkable, and I left the dealership feeling grateful for his support, even if the managerial handling left something to be desired.

The reason for 4 stars and not five stars cause when I arrived with my mom, we had to wait a while for Taylor our salesperson to meet us. Apparently he was coming from another building. But the real reason was the receptionist at the front desk that we checked in at. After waiting for so long, we asked her how much more time. She was not nice, in fact called my mom out as being very rude. Than there was a guy she called over and was talking to about the whole ordeal that was staring at her which made my mom very uncomfortable. We did not get the names of both of them but did bring up to both Taylor, his manager and also our finance person. September 18th, Friday around 4pm was when this happened so maybe u guys can find out who they were especially the receptionists working that day.
